。為了減小及至消除由此引起的液壓沖擊,最簡單的辦法是在該電液閥下面疊加一個P口節(jié)流閥或進油節(jié)流式雙單向節(jié)流閥、出油節(jié)流式雙單向節(jié)流閥,以延長閥芯的換向及復(fù)位時間,從而到降低液壓沖擊的目的。下面就以彈簧復(fù)位型、三位四通中封式電液壓換向閥為例、對該三種疊加節(jié)流方式作簡要說明。

一、疊加一個P口可調(diào)節(jié)流閥:控制油先通過疊加可調(diào)節(jié)流閥、到達電磁先導(dǎo)閥的P口,通過電磁先導(dǎo)閥的換向及調(diào)整節(jié)流閥的開度,來實現(xiàn)主閥芯的換向延時,從而達到降低主油路與執(zhí)行元件接通時的換向沖擊。

、從而引起液壓沖擊。由此可見,疊加一個P口可調(diào)節(jié)流閥,只能實現(xiàn)換向接通延時、不能解決復(fù)位切斷延時。注:象油缸類的執(zhí)行元件,油缸前進與后退時通過換向閥的流量是不一致的,油缸無桿腔與有桿腔的面積比越大、流量差距也越大,此時若想較滿意的降低執(zhí)行元件前進與后退時的液壓沖擊,通過一個可調(diào)節(jié)流閥,恐怕是難以實現(xiàn)的。
