BBJH-01肥料加工成套設備，簡稱摻混攪拌機，它是吸收國內外固體制肥技術，結合我國國情研制的新一代實用型肥料加工設備，根據(jù)肥料銷售不同地區(qū)土壤養(yǎng)分狀況、作物需肥，特點和目標產量，計算出不同養(yǎng)分的需要量及比例，機械混合后，一般不經過特殊包裝，能長時間堆放，直接送到田間使用。
摻混法摻混肥料對基礎肥料總的要求是粒度均勻，水分含量低，顆粒強度好，貯藏時不結塊，用于摻混肥料的原料肥料，粒徑的一致性，不但要求粒徑上下限數(shù)值一致，而且要求他們有相似的粒狀分布，因此，在肥料進行摻混前對不同原料的顆粒粒徑分布進行分析是保證摻混肥質量的一個重要步驟。
