從目前的發(fā)展趨勢來看，未來商場、購物中心也會擁有展廳的功能。對于展覽的主辦方來講，可以借助賣場內(nèi)的人流為自己宣傳，一些品牌和商家還會愿意承擔購物中心開出的租金。因此，展覽的租金收入也是賣場盈利的部分來源。

　　7月23日銀泰百貨有一輪以“愛科學”為主題的機器人巡展;7月份財富正在舉辦3d文化展;剛剛過去的6月份，時代廣場舉辦了一場環(huán)保藝術(shù)展，銀泰也有hello kitty展，萬達則是海洋主題展……今年，我市的商場學起了上海的k11等商場,在商場、購物中心辦展會成了吸引人氣的營銷新手段。

　　昨天，記者在財富購物中心4樓看到，這里原本人流較少，如今卻很熱鬧，樓層里都是來觀展的一家人。展區(qū)的門口還坐著不少等待觀展的人。帶著孩子來觀展的家長又會把孩子的照片發(fā)到朋友圈里，無形中又給商場做了宣傳。而6月份剛剛撤展的kitty展上，每天都不停地有顧客留影拍照，有不少郊縣的家長特地選擇周末帶孩子來觀展。

　　前不久剛結(jié)束的時代廣場與創(chuàng)意寶貝聯(lián)合推出的環(huán)保藝術(shù)展，也令剛剛調(diào)整的兒童區(qū)吸引了不少人氣。據(jù)悉，商場辦展會上海早已風靡，上?；春Ｖ新返膋11“印象派大師·莫奈特展”6月15日結(jié)束，預(yù)計接待40萬人。據(jù)k11統(tǒng)計，特展期間其日常營業(yè)額增長了20%。

　　記者了解到，不少顧客之所以選擇在商場看展，一方面是被內(nèi)容吸引，但主要還是看中有吃、有逛、有玩的“一站式”服務(wù)體驗。有顧客向記者表示：“看完展覽可以再逛逛街，吃個飯?？梢栽谏虉雠萆弦惶?，非常方便。”至于商場為何熱衷辦展覽，是因為展覽對于商場的銷售具有直接的推動作用。“我們選中hello kitty展是因為這個卡通形象的受眾大多是18到28歲的女性群體，正好與商場的目標客群相吻合。”銀泰有關(guān)人士透露。

　　“展覽增加了消費者在商場逗留的時間，增加了顧客的互動性，從而增加了消費的概率。”時代有關(guān)人士分析道。據(jù)介紹，展覽方之所以選擇在商場辦展，看中的是商場的地理位置和人氣，而在商業(yè)體大規(guī)模開發(fā)和電商強力沖擊下，“體驗”成為現(xiàn)今商業(yè)項目的“重頭戲”。除去建筑設(shè)計的推新、服務(wù)的細致，大大小小的展覽也成為各大商業(yè)項目逐漸重視的部分。
