mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">混凝土抗沖刷試驗機是利用高速離心力旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動水流沖擊混凝土內(nèi)環(huán)表面磨損的試驗，以測定各類混凝土表面抗水流沖擊磨損的能力。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">根據(jù)《水工混凝土試驗規(guī)程DL/T5150-2001 "Times New Roman"">》規(guī)定的技術要求設計生產(chǎn)

1、鋼球沖磨儀主要部件包括：

(1)驅(qū)動裝置，能夾固攪拌槳并使其以1200r mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">／min "Times New Roman"">速度旋轉(zhuǎn)的電機裝置：

(2)鋼筒：內(nèi)徑為305mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±6mm "Times New Roman"">，高450mm "Times New Roman"">±25mm，下邊四周有螺孔。

(3)鋼底座：

(4)攪拌槳；

(5)研磨料：70 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個按下表規(guī)定的研磨鋼球。

2、試模：金屬圓模，內(nèi)徑300mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2mm "Times New Roman"">，高100mm "Times New Roman"">±lmm。

3、天平：稱量20Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，感量1g "Times New Roman"">。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">四、試驗步驟：

1、按“混凝土試件的成型與養(yǎng)護方法”制備試件：允許骨料最大粒徑為40mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，試驗以三個試件為—組。

2、試驗前，試件需在水中至少浸泡48h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

3、試驗時，取出試件，擦去表面水份，稱量。

4、鋼筒與底座間放上橡皮墊圈，在底板上墊上兩根Φ6mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的鋼筋，把已稱量過的混凝土試件放在鋼筋上并對中，且使混凝土表面垂直于轉(zhuǎn)軸，套上鋼筒，旋緊固定鋼筒與底座的螺栓，使其密封。

5、將攪拌槳安裝在轉(zhuǎn)軸上，攪拌槳底部距試件表面約38mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，調(diào)整鋼筒和底座的位置使轉(zhuǎn)軸對中。

6、在鋼筒內(nèi)放入研磨鋼球于試件表面，并加水至水面高出試件165mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

7、確認轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)速在：1200r mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">／min "Times New Roman"">后，開機。

8、每隔24h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，在鋼筒內(nèi)加1 "Times New Roman"">—2次水至原水位高度。

9、累計沖磨72h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，取出試樣，清洗干凈，擦去表面水份稱量。

1、混凝土抗沖磨指標以抗沖磨強度或磨損率表示。

1)抗沖磨強度按式計算：

2)磨損率按式計算：

2、以一組三個試件測值的平均值作為試驗結(jié)果，如單個測值與平均值的差值超過15 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">％時，則此值應剔除，以余下兩個測值的平均值作為試驗結(jié)果，若一組中可用的測值少于兩個，則該組試驗應重做。
