mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">抗沖擊性能試驗(yàn)儀是依據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 328.24—2007 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">《建筑防水卷材試驗(yàn)方法》“第24 "Times New Roman"">部分：瀝青和高分子防水卷材抗沖擊性能”而設(shè)計(jì)的。適用于瀝青和高分子屋面防水卷材沖擊穿刺試驗(yàn)。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">二、防水卷材抗沖擊性能試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)：

1、落錘垂直下落高度：（600 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±5 "Times New Roman"">）mm

2、落錘組件質(zhì)量：（1000 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±10 "Times New Roman"">）g

3、穿刺工具直徑（及配重環(huán)）：Φ10mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（厚7.5mm "Times New Roman"">配重環(huán)）、

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　 Φ20mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（厚6mm "Times New Roman"">配重環(huán)）、

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　 Φ30mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（厚4mm "Times New Roman"">配重環(huán)）、

4、壓環(huán)尺寸及質(zhì)量：內(nèi)圓直徑Φ200mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、（5000 "Times New Roman"">±50）g

5、不銹鋼板尺寸： 300 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">×300 "Times New Roman"">×10mm

6、聚苯乙烯板尺寸：300 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">×300 "Times New Roman"">×50mm

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、試驗(yàn)步驟：

1、從卷材寬度方向距邊緣100mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">外裁取至少約300mm*300*mm "Times New Roman"">的10個(gè)試件，試件在規(guī)定的條件下至少放置24h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

2、試驗(yàn)在（23 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">）℃進(jìn)行，必要時(shí)采用（-10 "Times New Roman"">±2）℃。對(duì)后面的條件，試件冷凍至（-10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">）℃。當(dāng)試件從冷凍箱取出，在室溫下應(yīng)在10s "Times New Roman"">內(nèi)試驗(yàn)。

3、每次試驗(yàn)采用新的試件和新的聚苯乙烯板。

4、試件平放在絕熱材料上，上表面朝上，并用壓環(huán)壓住，聚苯乙烯板放在混凝土基礎(chǔ)的不銹鋼板上。

5、落錘當(dāng)釋放時(shí)，能從距試件上表面垂直高度（600 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±5 "Times New Roman"">）mm的位置自由下落。

6、穿刺工具應(yīng)沖擊壓環(huán)下試件的中心。

7、試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始用10mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">直徑的穿刺工具進(jìn)行，當(dāng)試件被穿刺后，用更大直徑的，如此一直到40mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">直徑的穿刺工具。

8、檢查試件是否被擊穿，用肥皂溶液涂沖擊區(qū)域的表面，隔5min-10min試驗(yàn)。對(duì)沖擊區(qū)域用真空或加壓的方法產(chǎn)生15KPa mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的壓差，上表面在低壓力的一面。若60s mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">后未觀測(cè)到空氣氣泡，認(rèn)為試件無(wú)滲漏和穿孔。

9、抗沖擊用穿刺工具的直徑表示，防水卷材5 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個(gè)試件中至少有4 "Times New Roman"">個(gè)試件無(wú)滲漏。
