　　YEZ系列三相錐形轉(zhuǎn)子制動(dòng)異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的工作特性是：定子和轉(zhuǎn)子為圓錐形，電機(jī)軸除了作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)外，還可以作軸向移動(dòng)，當(dāng)電機(jī)通電時(shí)，定子產(chǎn)生軸向磁拉力使轉(zhuǎn)子軸向移動(dòng)并壓縮彈簧，使制動(dòng)輪與制動(dòng)座脫離，轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)；當(dāng)電機(jī)斷電時(shí)，軸向磁拉力消失，在壓力彈簧的作用下，制動(dòng)輪復(fù)位與制動(dòng)座摩擦，實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的快速制動(dòng)。

　　使用與維修保養(yǎng)
　　1、電動(dòng)機(jī)可在不低于額定電壓90％的情況下使用。
　　2、首次使用前進(jìn)行一段時(shí)間的空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和一定次數(shù)的反復(fù)起動(dòng)和制動(dòng)，無異常后才可加載使用。
　　3、電動(dòng)機(jī)不可在易爆、腐蝕或其他有害氣體的環(huán)境中使用。
　　
　　4、電動(dòng)機(jī)在使用中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)制動(dòng)環(huán)磨損使制動(dòng)力矩過小時(shí)，應(yīng)調(diào)整風(fēng)扇制動(dòng)輪的相對(duì)位置，調(diào)整步驟如下：先將鎖緊螺母與風(fēng)扇制動(dòng)輪之間的螺釘拆下，旋緊鎖緊螺母位置，最后將螺釘擰緊，若上述調(diào)法仍不行，則應(yīng)更換制動(dòng)環(huán)。壓裝時(shí)，用木錘將制動(dòng)環(huán)四周均勻地敲入錐面槽內(nèi)，制動(dòng)面斜角20°應(yīng)在車床上車削后刮配，使其后端蓋剎車面接觸率不低于80％。
　　
　　5、軸承潤滑脂一般每半年更換一次，洗凈后注入鈣一鈉基潤滑脂，若軸承磨損嚴(yán)重，則按軸承規(guī)格進(jìn)行更換。
　　6、在搬運(yùn)電機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)小心輕放，儲(chǔ)存?zhèn)}庫或擱置不用的電機(jī)應(yīng)妥善包裝，做好防銹措施，倉庫保持通風(fēng)干燥，重新啟用電機(jī)前應(yīng)用500V兆歐表測(cè)量絕緣電阻，其電阻值不低于20MΩ，否則應(yīng)烘干處理。
