Correx inks are suitable for a manual and semiautomatic printing. 60-77T mesh with fluorescent colours. Using a 90T mesh, coverage of approximately 45-55 sqm/kg can be expected. 2.THINNING: 10-15% thinning for normal use. For very warm shop conditions Correx Retarder is available. Thinner R126, Retarder R100 3.DRYING: Air-dry in approximately 40 minutes depending on ambient temperature and mesh used. Overprints will take longer. Full adhesion is not developed until 1-2 hours after printing. When heat drying it is recommended that the temperature should not exceed 60 C, as sheet distortion could occur. 4.COLOURS: A full range of colours including Process Colours, Metallic, and Fluorescent Colours. The lightfastness of fluorescent colours is directly dependent on the film thickness of the ink. With a heavy ink deposit, outdoor life should normally be at least 3 months in temperate climates. 5.USES: Fluted Polyolefine sheet such as Correx, Huntsman Fluted, and Corriboard. These materials are used for estate agent boards, security firm boards, sign displays and general point of sale work. Other forms of treated polypropylene may also be printed. 6. Polylefine is a plastic with a variable ink receptive surface. It is essential to pre-test the adhesion of the ink each time before a full print run is started. This is particularly important with old stock. The treatment given to these materials to make them ink receptive is not permanent. Care should also be taken in handing sheets, as finger marks can impair adhesion. Parameter APOLLO CORREX screen inks are a range of inks designed for printing onto Fluted Polyolefines such as Correx.They may be air dried or jet dried to a glossy weather resistant film.with good lightfastness.In general these inks are of good opacity,reducing the tendency to show variations in colour due to the corrugations on the material.Apollo Correx inks have excellent screen stability and printing characteristics,with low odour, making them pleasant to use. 參考樣品 Sample for reference
