Reflectivity glass beads for road marking

反光型玻璃珠是道路標(biāo)線涂料必備材料，主要用于道路標(biāo)線，標(biāo)志牌，護欄輪廓標(biāo)識等。主要分為熱熔涂料預(yù)混合型和施工面撒型兩種。

Reflectivity glass beads as the necessary material for the road marked line, mainly used for road marked line, denoter, and identification for the guardrail out line. It divide into intermix glass beads, and drop on glass beads.

我公司產(chǎn)品除達到中國JT/T446-2001外，還可以生產(chǎn)符合英國BS6088-A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，美國AASHONO.Ⅰ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和美國AASHONO.Ⅱ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，歐洲D(zhuǎn)ropONTypeEN1423標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和Pre-MIXTypeEN1424標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，澳洲AS2009B3.2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，和韓國的ＫＳ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。還可以根據(jù)用戶需求提供850um(20目)-43um(325目)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍之間的不同粒徑、不同配比的不同產(chǎn)品。

l預(yù)混型（Intermix glass beads）

在道路涂料生產(chǎn)過程中，將玻璃珠按照18-25%的重量比例（參照中國交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JT/T280-2004，不同國家和地區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有所不同）混入涂料中，在涂料交付施工使用后，能夠經(jīng)歷多次與車輪摩擦磨損也有反光性。按照中國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T24722-2009,此種玻璃珠的技術(shù)參數(shù)如下：

During the production of marking paint, mix glass bead into paint based on the ratio of 18-25 %( weight percentage). After application of such kind of paint on road work, the paint still can keep reflectivity after wear and friction of car wheels. The ratio is referring to the standard of Communication Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China No.JT/T280-2004. Standards will be different in countries and areas.

According to the specification of Communication Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China No.JT/T446-2001, the granulometry is shown as table below.

Gravity: 2.4-2.6g/cm3

Reflective index:≥1.50

Roundness:≥80

Content of magnetic particles:≤0.1%

Glass bead should be colorless, loosen

and spherical particle, and should be free

of cluster which can’t be loosen by slight impact.

l面撒型（Drop On Glass Bead）

在涂料的施工的過程中，降熱烙型涂料加熱到一定溫度鋪在路面上來干時，隨即撒入玻璃珠，增強標(biāo)線的反光性能。

按照中國交通行業(yè)標(biāo)注JT/T280-2004的規(guī)定，面撒玻璃珠的粒度分布如下，其他參數(shù)與內(nèi)混型玻璃珠保持一致。

During the application of paint on road work, thermoplastic paint should be to a certain level and used on the road surface as marking line, drop on glass bead should be dropped on the surface of line white it is still wet to increase the reflectivity of road marking line.

According to the specification of Standard of Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China No.GB/T24772-2009,the granulometry of drop on glass bead is shown as table below, other parameters are the same with intermix glass bead.
